1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Matevo website and booking an inspection, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Matevo provides independent, mobile pre-purchase vehicle inspection services. Our inspections are visual and diagnostic assessments performed at the vehicle’s location. Reports are delivered digitally and are based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection.
3. Booking and Payment
- Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment through Stripe.
- Pricing is shown at checkout and may vary by package and add-ons.
- You must provide accurate vehicle location, contact, and access information.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if the vehicle cannot be safely accessed or the location is outside our service area.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment window are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment window may be subject to a cancellation fee or may be rescheduled at our discretion. No refunds are issued after the inspection has been completed.

5. Limitation of Liability
Matevo’s inspections are independent opinions based on observable conditions at the time of service. We are not a party to any vehicle purchase transaction and do not guarantee the future performance, reliability, or value of any vehicle. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the inspection service.
6. Vehicle Access and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible, safe to inspect, and located within our service area. The seller or owner must grant permission for the inspection. We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe or illegal.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including inspection reports, photographs, logos, and text, is owned by Matevo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute our reports without permission.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matevo and its inspectors from claims arising out of your use of our services, misrepresentation of vehicle information, or failure to obtain necessary permissions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Virginia.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
